Mindfulness Mediation Class
This class will teach you how to find, and operate from, your center regardless of external circumstances in your life. In addition, you will learn to orient and move from a place of compassion and open-heartedness. Mindfulness training is a powerful way to change habitual patterns of reacting to situations in life. These reactive emotional states can lead to blockages in our energy that manifest in our physical health.
Through these classes, you will learn very simple tools to bring your awareness into the present moment and train yourself to pause, rather than react. It is in that pause that you create a source of possibilities and allow yourself to choose to create new healthy states. Our Mindfulness Meditation Classes will help you better handle stressful situations and increase physical, mental and social well-being. First time meditation students are welcome.
